A Russian missile strike wrecked a hospital in the central Ukrainian city of Dnipro, killing at least one person and injuring 15 others, President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a statement. Rescue operations were ongoing, he said, and emergency services were at the scene. At least two children were among the wounded, Dnipro regional governor Serhi Lysak said on Telegram, adding that the three-story hospital was partially destroyed, with flames engulfing a neighboring building.
