When a haughty Kuber (God of Wealth) threw a grand feast to show off his wealth to the world, he was shocked when he could not satisfy the hunger of Lord Ganesha — who ended up eating all the food, jewels and even parts of the palace. It brought Kuber to the realization that his arrogance reduced him to nothing.
