Add the rice, paneer cubes, and chopped bell peppers. Toss the mixture thoroughly, then add 3 cups of water to it. You can add more if required. Allow the rice mixture to boil over low-medium heat until the water is fully absorbed by the rice. Once done, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
